Advanced Clinical Supervision and Consultation for Psychotherapists and Social Workers in Ontario
Counseling Session

I offer clinical supervision and consultation to psychotherapists, social workers, and allied helping professionals seeking reflective, trauma-informed support in their clinical work.

My approach is relational, collaborative, and integrative, drawing on psychodynamic and somatic perspectives, with sustained attention to clinical process, ethical complexity, therapeutic relationship, and moments of impasse or uncertainty in treatment.

I have extensive experience supporting therapists working with coercive control, intimate partner violence, and power-laden relational dynamics, particularly within culturally and religiously insular communities.

Supervision may include attention to countertransference, vicarious trauma, moral distress, boundary complexity, and the symbolic and spiritual dimensions that can emerge in trauma-focused clinical work.

In addition to clinical practice, I have been involved in a federally funded SSHRC research project focused on developing a conceptual model to support culturally insular communities in navigating intimate partner violence. I have also published several papers in academic journals.

This work informs my consultation with therapists grappling with the intersection of trauma, culture, meaning, and systemic constraint in clinical contexts, and supports a supervision space that is both clinically rigorous and deeply reflective.
