Therapy offers a confidential, trauma-informed space to understand these experiences, strengthen emotional and relational capacity, and reconnect with inner resilience.


My approach is relational and collaborative. Together, we explore patterns in relationships, roles carried across time, experiences of trauma or coercion, and the evolving sense of self that can emerge through careful, reflective therapeutic work.


Even in periods of profound pain or disorientation, possibilities for meaning, integration, and renewed engagement with life can gradually take shape.  Alongside developing practical strategies for coping and emotional regulation, therapy supports the deeper work of restoring dignity, clarity, and a sense of purpose that makes daily life feel more possible again.
